A: Yes, it can work with some OBDI vehicles. But you will have to buy the OBD2 cables on your own.

A: Yes, you can. The ports of the two Delphi ds150e are of the same standard.

3. Q: Hello. Can I use Delphi DS150 to diagnose 24V trucks?

A: Yes, it can. But we do not recommend you to use it on large-size trucks. It is not as good at troubleshooting trucks as cars.

4. Q: I activated the software of DS150, and connected it to a vehicle to test it. But then I got an error message. I have screenshot the error message. What could be the problem?

A:  Please carry out a self-test on your device to make sure if any component is damaged. If the device itself is fine, the problem could be with wrong serial number.

1.         Q: Why the LED light on my Delphi ds150e will not come up when I connect it with my car through OBD port? Besides, need I connet it to the internet while troubleshooting?

A: There is no need to connect it to the internet when using. If the light does not illuminate, try it on other vehicles and see if the light turn on. Then start up your car, communicate the tool with your car, and then check the connection.
